FAQ

FAQ

Q. What is your style of photography?
A. I don’t limit myself to any one style of photography. I mainly focus on capturing your day to tell your story. If I see opportunity for an excellent arrange of shot, then I will take it. We prefer to capture the emotions and feeling as opposed to traditional photography where people look stiff and uncomfortable.

Q. If your camera fails do you carry backup camera gear?
A. Yes! We carry backup cameras, flash and a mixture of lenses. We use only professional camera gear, but even the most expensive cameras can fail! So we won’t take the risk carrying one camera.

Q. What is all day coverage?
A. All day coverage starts at 12noon till 9pm, so we will capture your day as it happens. We will cover everything that you want me to in that time frame. It makes for a great story of your day in pictures.  Require an extra hour or two we can do that too, our rate after 9pm is $100/hour.

Q. How many pictures will we receive?
A. I delivery between 350 – 550 fully colour corrected high resolution files.

Q. Do you accept destination weddings?
A. Absolutely! We will travel anywhere in Australia.

Q. Is there any travel related fees?
A. There is no travel fees if your location is within two hours from our studio based in Orange NSW. There will be a minimal mileage charge for locations over two hours.

Q. Do you take formal shots?
A. Yes, but we ask that you keep the list short to get them done in a timely fashion, so you can join your guests at the reception quicker.

Q. Do you create our album?
A. Yes, we have access to the top of the line Australian handmade albums.

Q. What type of album do you sell?
A. We prefer the modern storybook style. They are a true coffee table album with a contemporary look for the most progressive bride. If you are looking for a more traditional look, we also offer a mat style album. The mat style is similar to your mums and dads style of album, traditionally used for film and still very popular with most digital photography. If you are wanting a mixture of both, our Art Book range is the one for you. Combining traditional and digital, a wonderful mixture of styles!

Q. How long before we see our album design and photos?
A. We will have your image ready for viewing when you arrive back from your honeymoon. If you ordered one of our album collections, we will also have a design ready for your consideration. Once you are happy with the design, it will take 5 – 6 weeks to be handmade. We will complete the file managing of your photos, burn them to CD/DVD and have them ready for you two week after final payment is made.

Q. Can you retouch photos, and change them to b&w?
A. The options are virtually limitless. We can change any photo to b&w, sepia and cross process, etc. We can also fix blemishes, stains etc.

Q. Do you have packages?
A. Yes, our collections starts at $2550, for a full description of our packages and to check if your date is available, please use the contact link above. Provide as much information as you can. We will send you our pricelist and check if you date is available.

Q. Can we design our own wedding package?
A. Absolutely, we encourage you to create a personalised package to appropriately reflect your style. There is a but, we do not do short timeframe weddings i.e. turn up for two hours and leave, we believe wedding photography is too important to just take a handful of formal images. Sorry, it’s just not our style!
